The AFF Auction Committee will meet at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, 20 March 2012, in the KTUU meeting room, on its second floor. Everyone who would like to assist in preparations is invited to stop in, or to contact one of the committee members listed below.

In addition, if you have anything you’d like to sell or put up for auction, please bring it in on this Tuesday or on any of the succeeding Tuesday nights between now and Auction date. If you have something to donate, but can’t make it on a Tuesday evening, contact one of the Committee members below, to make arrangements for drop-off.

We’re still looking for someone who is handy with computer and audio-visual hardware to take the hand-off from Lance Hankins during the week preceding the auction. He’ll help the understudy get spun-up, through that Wednesday, but won’t be on-hand for the Auction itself. This is a critical position, so anyone who is comfortable with this hardware – we sure could use your assistance.
